Shipping Policy

At Wakhraswag, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer standard shipping across India. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (details shown at checkout).

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days post dispatch.


3. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to activate.


4. Delivery Locations

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.


5. Delays & Lost Shipments

In case of delays, we’ll notify you via email or phone.

If your package is lost in transit, reach out to us at info@wakhraswag.com or call 9855924442. If untraceable, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


6. Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

We’ll contact you for redelivery arrangements.

Additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@wakhraswag.com.

Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We’ll offer a replacement or refund after review.
